In October 2006 employees and partners of i2r all took part in a
team building trip to the small Danish island, Læsø.
During the exercise, employees were asked to describe their
experience of working for i2r and this is what they said:
Everyday working life
- Commitment, involvement, happy employees, good chemistry
- Ability to communicate and become part of the new culture
- Ability to involve others
- Commitment to the task - professional pride
- Flexibility in assigning employees to projects is a great
strength that ensures that i2r always picks the best man for the
job
- "The bosses" join us in the field and know what is going
on
- We stay inside the field where we are good
Our relationship to customers
- We try to walk in the customers' shoes
- We care for customers - and we understand the stakeholders
- We make sure that customers get what they want - and that is
not necessarily what they say they want
- We adapt to the situation with great responsibility and
commitment
- Customers trust us to complete the assignment
Our methods
- We have a shared understanding of the methods we use
- We adhere to standards such as S88, SB95 and Gamp, but we also
know when we need to be pragmatic in applying them
- We can define strategy and help with implementation
- We ensure "best practice" by establishing expert monitoring
groups where senior employees follow our work
